How to Turn My Life Around

{ 2 comments }

Whenever I go out, be it to the grocery store or the hair salon or a school event, I encounter so many people who seem to just be trudging through life.

They are busy running from one thing to the next. They talk about being stressed and overwhelmed or even exhausted. Not many of them talk about feeling good or being happy.

And most of them seem to have a “this is just the way it is” attitude as if one can’t expect life to be any better, any more fulfilling, any more fun than it is.

Stuck with No Options

I know it is tough to feel like you are stuck with no options. To feel like you expected more from your life. I felt that way myself once.

You have all of the obligations of a life built by following the rules. There are so many things pulling at your attention and time every day. You have responsibilities related to your job, to your spouse, to your kids, to your home, and to your community.

This leaves you with no time and no energy and no idea how to change anything.

How to Turn My Life Around?

It leaves you asking, “How can I turn my life around?”

There is a simple answer to this question. There is a way to untie the knot that your life is in and create a life that feels better to you.

In fact you can turn your life around in three simple steps. I tell you how in this 4 minute video.

The formula for turning your life around is simple, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it is easy to do. It takes a consistent commitment, a willingness to do things differently, and the courage to withstand some discomfort.

But when you follow the process the result is a life in which you feel happy, calm, grateful, cheerful, and energized instead of feeling disappointed, overwhelmed, frustrated, annoyed, and exhausted.

Your life will feel more fulfilling and like it is back on the right track.

Your Assignment

If you are ready to turn your life around watch the video again and follow the three steps outlined there.

Get started with step one today and share in the comments below the most exciting parts of your vision. Let us know why it is important for you to get started with this process. Sharing your why provides great motivation for making changes.

Warmly,
Stacy and Dave

Stacy – being accountable / responsible for your decisions is the big part after declaring what you want. It’s easy to wish and hope, harder to actually do. I finally motivated myself to do a big project by taking away a major ‘you should do this’ according to ‘experts’. I kept resisting and not moving forward. I said NO to the their way and made huge progress in 2 weeks. I feel great !

Congratulations Virginia! I am so happy to hear about your progress! There is a lot to be said about setting aside the “shoulds” and working in a way that works for you.
