Three Month Coaching Package:

12 weekly coaching sessions

My coaching is based on your unique human design. I start all of my clients off with a 12 week package in which I deliver your Design Analysis and provide coaching on how to implement the information in your life.

There is a huge amount of information in a Design Analysis. Information that can initiate powerful change in your life. Delivering it over 12 weeks allows you time to digest the information, form questions, get your questions answered, and start implementing the things your learn. Awareness may be 70% of the solution, but knowledge that is not applied is just more clutter for your brain.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Why weekly sessions?  Most people lead busy lives and, in my experience, most clients don’t do any work on their own in between sessions. Consistency is the key to creating results and to the pace with which they show up. Meeting every week builds the repetition that is needed to achieve the results you desire.

 

How do sessions meet? I host coaching sessions on Zoom. Seeing you during the session helps build the connection between us and helps me coach you. Make sure you set up for your sessions in a place where you won’t be disturbed. This is a time to focus on yourself without all of the normal distractions from life.

 

 

When do we meet? We will choose a specific day and time and will meet on the same day and at the same time each week. When our sessions are a regular part of your routine it makes it easier for you to block out that time on your calendar and show up for every call.

 

How long are the coaching sessions? Each session is 75 minutes. However it is best to block out 90 minutes in your schedule so you don’t feel rushed. The extra time can also be used to take notes on the session when we are done if you choose.

 

What if I have to cancel? Life happens. If you have a true emergency let me know as soon as possible that you won’t be able to make your call. We will make up the missed call by adding it to the end of the package on your regular day and time. However, I encourage you to be honest with yourself about whether it is an actual emergency or simply an inconvenience. Honor your commitment to yourself by showing up. Ask others for help if necessary. This one change will make a huge difference in your life.

 

Do you offer payment plans? I encourage all clients to pay for their full package up front because it shows you that you are committed. When you are committed you show up more engaged. When you pay on a payment plan you need to use your energy to decide again and commit again each time the payment is due. It is better for you if you put that energy toward getting the results you want in life.
